【范中興／台北報導】第2屆運動彩券今天上路，威剛（3260）取得未來10年發行權，上午已經正式開賣，全國1200家運動彩券投注站已陸續建置完成，下午舉辦「台灣運彩 全新上市」記者會，由董事長陳立白親自介紹賽事與玩法。

威剛去年成立台灣運動彩券公司，負責運彩實際營運，並延攬中國信託銀行暨台灣彩券公司副總林博泰擔任總經理。

威剛為了塑造運彩新面貌，將設計多種簡單玩法，搭配多項國內外精彩賽事，提供消費者有多樣化的選擇，並以「買運彩、看比賽、更精彩」為主要訴求，要讓運彩成為觀看比賽不可或缺的要素之一。
