標題[問題] skype傳sms到美國

請問一下SKYPE的SMS發送到美國的手機號碼 是否是要對方用的是智慧手機才收的到? 又是否是發送的當下對方有開機才收的到?(不太可能是這樣吧?XD) 連發了三次都失敗不知道是什麼原因 她都先顯示pending然後就fail了 但我確定該用戶號碼正確且有效 先多謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.200.60
