陸客染H7N9　疾管署評估非來台後染病

【蔡明樺／台北報導】來台86歲男性陸客今被檢出染H7N9禽流感，沒有發燒、咳嗽等典型症狀，衛福部疾病管制署長張峰義表示，高齡肺炎的症狀表現本來就可能非典型，研判非H7N9病毒變異導致症狀非典型，且以2周潛伏期推算，該名陸客12月17日抵台、23日出現胸悶症狀，應是在中國已被感染，非來台後才染病，因此國內的雞鴨、野鳥等應無帶毒，目前的監測仍維持不明肺炎通報採檢。
 
張峰義表示，27日採集染病陸客的痰液化驗，今早化驗結果出爐，因病毒量很低呈「弱陽性」，為求謹慎今下午再次化驗，結果一樣是陽性，才通報世界衛生組織和中港澳地區，並對外發佈國內出現第2例境外移入的H7N9病例。
 
張峰義強調，因同團陸客、患者女兒都沒有類似症狀，研判此病例仍未達「有效人傳人」程度，目前對H7N9仍維持監測不明肺炎、通報採檢即可。
