黑幫暴力犯罪 高市警瓦解「青旗幫」

高雄市警方掃蕩黑幫，突襲位在高市阿蓮區的一個不良幫派「青旗幫」，逮捕為首的梁姓嫌犯等四人。

高市鳳山警察分局掃蕩的「青旗幫」活躍於阿蓮區，專案小組警員清晨突襲幫派成員的住所，逮捕睡夢中的幫主梁姓男子以及重要成員陳姓、梁姓、葉姓等四人到案，搜出空氣手槍、棍棒、刀械、制式長槍子彈（5.56mm）20發、毒品吸食工具等相關證物。

根據警方蒐證，「青旗幫」梁姓首腦指揮幫眾持刀、槍、棍棒暴力犯罪。今年九月間，嫌犯等人持刀械討債，包圍被害人座車，被害人駕車突圍倖免於難。但另一名被害人則遭嫌犯等人持武士刀砍殺，光天化日下，嫌犯亮槍恐嚇其他人不要插手，行徑囂張。

警方依照組織犯罪、殺人未遂等罪嫌將四名嫌犯送辦；由於嫌犯等人不肯供出槍械藏匿處，檢察官向法院聲請羈押獲准，並繼續清查肅清餘黨。
