10大教育新聞十二年國教居首

全國教師工會總聯合會今天上午公布2013十大教育新聞，「12年國教上路在即，政策幾經變動」居首，12年國教連續3年進入10大教育新聞。

10大教育新聞由全教總召集各縣市教師代表討論選出，第二名是連續2年進榜的「年金改革爭議，公勞教屢上街頭」，第三名是「私校屢傳減薪，工會串連抗爭」。

4到10名分別為「大專學費調整，缺乏社會共識」、「人才培育，尚缺具體策略和宏觀視野」、「鼓動學潮校規，侵害學權爭議」、「PISA 成績進步，學生高低落差值得正視」、「教師法修正爭議不斷，教師評鑑尚無共識」、「少子化危機，衝擊高中職招生」、「教師發展工會，過程一波三折」。
