【陳偉周／基隆報導】小鴨展出第2天，雨勢稍歇湧進15萬人潮，所幸交通狀況還算正常，警方在各重要路口指揮交通管制人潮，更在基市文化中心8樓成立「前進指揮所」，從至高點俯瞰展區，隨時監看螢幕是否有任何狀況，警方表示，「除了規勸零星的流動攤販外，整體治安還算不錯！」
