掛紅牌讓你羞恥了嗎？

以前不掛車牌飆車, "未依規定懸掛車牌" 才罰幾百元, 太划算了, 所以後來修法, 不只罰款加重很多, 也吊銷牌照, 就沒有人不掛車牌飆車了. 不知道這樣車牌貼起來是會怎樣? 應該是罰則太輕了, 讓車主覺得划算, 哈.
