國民黨台北市議員鍾小平要參選台北市長，下午沿忠孝東路1至7 段發動「青年要房子，中產要翻身」萬人牽手造勢活動，從林森南路口到研究院路口，全長13公里；雖然幸未下雨，讓鍾小平直呼幸運。人龍斷斷續續，目測與活動前宣稱3萬人站出來似有差距，不過參與民眾的反應相當熱情。
