【陳幼英／台北報導】2013華劇大賞頒獎典禮今舉行，炎亞綸是大贏家，以《就是要你愛上我》一舉拿下新浪微博人氣大獎、最佳螢幕情侶獎、觀眾票選最受歡迎戲劇節目獎，而林佑威、樂樂表現也不錯，兩人分別以《兩個爸爸》拿下最佳男演員獎、最佳童星獎，還一起勇奪最佳催淚獎，而最佳女主角得主是陳庭妮，但她因故未到場領獎。
