扶輪社獻愛心　贈宜蘭救難隊沙灘救難車

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭東區扶輪社獻愛心，今天上午捐贈一輛價值30萬元沙灘救難車給宜蘭縣蘭陽救援協會，並在壯圍鄉公館海灘實地演練，這輛沙灘救難車具有救溺功能，參加演練的蘭陽救難協會隊員陳世民指出，過去將溺水者救上岸後，得以人力合抬方式，將溺水者火送抬上救護車，耗時耗力，有了沙灘救難車，將可大幅縮短溺水者送醫時間，爭取搶救時效。
 
配合這項沙灘救難車贈車儀式，當地社區民眾並冒雨進行淨灘活動，撿拾垃圾，恢復海灘潔淨原貌。
