他搞曖昧 她婚後不登記有理

林姓補教業者以吳姓新婚妻在婚後一個月搬離住處又不肯辦結婚登記為由，控告吳女及其雙親詐欺。吳女表示，婚宴前三天發現林與女性友人傳曖昧簡訊，她受不了林苦苦哀求，心軟答應繼續舉辦婚宴，沒想到林工作忙，休假就打麻將，她才決定離開。

新北地檢署調查發現，吳女離家時把林母贈送的十三萬元金飾歸還，她原有結婚真意，發生爭執後才「毀婚」，認定吳女及其雙親沒有詐欺犯意，處分不起訴。雙方聘金的糾紛，檢察官建議可循民事官司解決。

彰化市林姓男子與廿九歲吳姓女子五年前在新北市淡水區結識，交往期間兩人南北奔波；去年十月林向吳女求婚，今年三月底舉辦婚宴，婚後吳女搬進林的彰化市住處。

一個月後，吳女搬回新北市娘家，也不願和林辦理結婚登記，林控告吳女及其雙親詐欺，並要求歸還他交付的聘金婚紗攝影費等近八十萬元。
