有一天財神爺在尋找需要幫助的人
正好看到一位窮苦的好心人
於是在晚上睡覺時託夢給他
告訴他上天因為察覺到他平時熱心助人
決定賞賜給她一棟豪宅
權狀地契就埋在出門口十步的地下

隔天早上窮苦的好心人醒來後
將此訊息轉告家人
家人也滿心雀躍的手舞足蹈了起來
接下來，財神爺每天都來託夢給這一位窮苦的好心人
一樣告訴他~權狀地契就埋在出門口十步的地下
但這位窮苦的好心人始終沒有行動
就這樣一個星期後
財神爺看這位窮苦的好心人沒有動作
於是把這個消息轉託夢告知另一位窮苦的好心人

另一位窮苦的好心人早上醒來後便照著財神爺的方式將權狀地契挖了出來
獲得了那棟豪宅的所有權
原先的那一位窮苦人發現財神爺不在託夢後
再跑去挖掘時，權狀地契已經不在了
只能與家人相互抱頭痛哭
