身障『出走』 手搖電輔三輪車凸澎湖

【許逸民／澎湖報導】澎湖縣政府近期花費近百萬元新購置20台手搖電輔三輪車，來提供給下肢障礙的身障人士租借用。今天上午，為了鼓勵身障者走出戶外，還特別舉辦「菊島追風-手搖式電輔三輪車『澎風車隊』GO！GO！GO！」，在警方交管下，讓20名身障者以手搖電輔三輪車奔馳馬公市區周邊道路，飽覽市區風光並順便運動。
   
　澎湖縣政府社會處處長蘇啟昌表示，這20台手搖電輔三輪車，除了靠手搖前進外，爬坡時還能靠電力輔助，在充飽電力下可走60公里。平時將放在澎湖縣輔具資源中心免費提供縣內受過這駕駛訓練課程的身障者借用，台灣的身障團體若到澎湖旅遊，也可以每台每天150元來租用。
