茶葉行失火　屋主跳樓急逃生

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨6時許，新北市樹林區八德街發生一起住宅火警，1棟3層樓公寓起火，現場冒出大量濃煙，被路過民眾發現，趕緊大喊失火並打電話報警。獨居在裡面的屋主朱慶和(81歲)，情急之下竟從2樓抓著樹枝跳下來，導致左腳踝疼痛，由救護車送醫後無大礙。
 
新北市消防局第五大隊長洪萬見表示，該戶為茶葉行，主要為茶葉製作與包裝之用，裡面堆放大量易燃物品，因此火勢延燒很快。屋主朱慶和當時被鄰居叫醒，情急下只好從陽台直接跳下來，還好有抓樹枝緩和衝力，否則後果不堪設想。
 
警消初步調查，起火點位在公寓2樓，並延燒1樓及3樓，總燃燒面積約30坪，確切起火原因還有待火調人員調查。
