【陳偉周、黃楷棟／基隆報導】基隆小鴨今天正式開放展出，卻碰上強烈大陸冷氣團，低溫史的人潮不如預期，但活動仍繼續進行，邀請「2王1后」演出，其中鋼琴王子陳冠宇，在寒風細雨中彈奏鋼琴，沒想到價值10幾萬的鋼琴卻淋雨後要報廢，黃景泰也說將會自掏腰包埋單。另外還有超級星光大道的藝人「舞思愛」唱起舞曲帶動現場氣氛。
