傅天穎再上庭 不認「活春宮」

今年7月間，女藝人傅天穎被控和男子全權在新北市中和4號公園草地上演出「活春宮」，全男還涉嫌毆打、辱罵員警。新北地院昨二度開庭，傅、全2人堅稱公園內還有8、9對情侶，大家都一樣「親親抱抱」，絕無嘿咻，無意使人觀覽。

承審法官昨開庭進行準備程序，確認案發細節、當時精神狀態等，2人一前一後步入法庭，均不發一語。據悉，庭訊時，全權承認有辱警並強調已以5萬元與其中一警和解。

公然猥褻部分，傅、全雖對案發地點為公開場所不爭執，不過2人主張，公園內還有8、9對情侶，大家都一樣親親抱抱，絕無猥褻行為，更無意圖使人觀覽，並質疑遭偷窺。
