柏南克在FOMC會議後的發言是..FED對美國長期公債和抵押貸款擔保債券的收購規模各減50億美元，前者從每月450億美元減為400億美元，後者從每月400億美元減為350億美元，兩者合計750億美元

"每月減碼100億美元"的意思是原本每個月850億QE變成750億, 並不是每個月都減少100億,

至於這個750億美金會不會繼續減少, 當然有可能, 但是新的聯準主席將在2月就任, 柏南克這一發言已經被稱作告別作, 也就下次調整應該會等到2月 Janet Yellen就任(如果1月6日表決通過), 所以看起來一月QE金額是750億美金, 二月仍然是維持750億美金, 並沒有逐月減少

至於所謂"明年底前完全退場", 我不知道是哪一篇發言...FOMC目前只有退場條件, 沒有退場時間表

至於台北市房價明年底剩下3成.....這應該純屬發文者美麗夢想...
