十二年國教特招現進京趕考潮

明年是十二年國教第一年，因為先免試後特招，坊間出現一種特色招生「進京趕考」的聲音，第一次免試錄取台中一中、南一中、雄中或明星私校，選擇不報到後，北上參加基北區的特色招生，考上建中算賺到，即使沒考上回頭參加二次免試，依舊可用優秀會考成績錄取原學校。已有中南部的補習班和私校，鼓吹學生進行「零風險」的選擇。

舉例來說，A生透過第一次免試入學錄取武陵高中（超額比序條件與會考成績優異才能擊敗眾家對手），選擇不報到後，因為免試名額不能與特招合併的規定，這一個名額等於是空下來，只能回流到第二次免試。

A生在這段期間內北上參加「基北區特招」，萬一沒考上，還是可以回到原招生區參加第二次免試，且因為會考成績優異，理論上武陵高中依舊是他的囊中物。
