黃世銘二度彈劾案 監委撤回

（中央社記者葉素萍台北19日電）最高法院檢察署檢察總長黃世銘被控涉洩密案，監察院今天下午再開彈劾審查會，經監察委員討論，認為調查報告不夠全面，提案監委決定撤案。

監察院調查關說、監聽、洩密案，監委吳豐山、洪德旋今年11月提案彈劾黃世銘，監察院以5票對5票，未通過彈劾案。監察院原定10日第二度召開彈劾審查會，但人數不足、沒成會。

監察院今天下午再度召開彈劾審查會，共9人出席，剛好達到法定開會人數，但未進入表決程序，因有監委認為報告不夠全面，提案監委最後決定撤回彈劾案，擇期再提。

黃世銘曾說，若遭監察院彈劾或法院一審判有罪就下台。1021219
