金溥聰不克返台述職 綠委批「金大牌」

立法院外交國防委員會召委、民進黨立委邱議瑩今天表示，外交委員會早在本月二日就發函通知駐美大使金溥聰廿三日返台述職，沒想到金溥聰卻「金大牌」、拒絕返台，今早外交部突然以傳真方式通知金溥聰不克出席，此舉簡直是藐視國會，「皇上的後宮也沒那麼囂張」。

邱議瑩說，從沒有大使敢藐視國會、不返台述職。金溥聰日前還找了國民黨大黨鞭林鴻池、立法院副院長洪秀柱接連來「喬時間」，盼能改到明年一月六日，但國民黨盼本月底就休會、一月二日開臨時會，屆時根本沒委員會可開，如何安排行程？她曾建議趁金溥聰本月十六日返美前、早上先赴立院報告，但也遭金溥聰拒絕，「金大牌行徑囂張到這種程度」。
