日月光排廢水 環保署長：陳菊該查清楚

日月光涉嫌排放廢水，高雄市環保局開出「勒令停工」，日月光陳述意見的期限就在今天。日月光在今天(19號)下班之前，會將「陳述意見書」送進高雄市環保局。「陳述意見書」送達之後，環保局進行審查，究竟停工與否，全看高市環保局的裁量。

高雄市表示，「海放管」是未經核准的「暗管」，而日月光的說明則以污染事件是「偶發疏失」，並舉文件指出環保局所稱的「暗管」是合法申請的「海放管」。對此爭議，環保署長沈世宏表示，高雄市政府早就知道，陳菊市長有責任查清楚。
