南部人注意　今起連3日空污紅色警戒

【洪敏隆／台北報導】環保署表示，今起至後日在中午過後，南部地區因受到區域性擴散條件不良影響，臭氧濃度將會上升，空氣品質有機會達到不良等級；馬祖、金門因受到中國境外污染物移入及擴散條件不良等影響，懸浮微粒濃度升高，空氣品質也會達到不良等級。

今日上午的環署監測網顯示，高屏地區擴散條件差，空氣污染指標(PSI)為105至125，已達紅色警戒不良等級；馬祖、金門空氣污染指標則為95至115，同樣為紅色警戒不良等級。

環署監資處副處長張順欽說，目前是東北季風來臨前的中空期，天氣較穩定，但氣溫大於25度即易升成臭氧，南部、尤其是高屏地區的臭氧濃度可能會上升；中午12時過後到下午4時這段期間，通常會有1至2小時臭氧問題嚴重，對肺功能會有影響，提醒過敏族群、小孩及老人須儘量避免在這段時間進行戶外劇烈活動。
