遠通追40元欠費　狂發9簡訊討債

【方翊倩／綜合報導】有民眾投訴，上月底他因eTag餘款不足，欠費40元，遠通電收竟狂發催繳簡訊，不但1小時內收到6則簡訊。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，張先生投訴，上月底因eTag帳戶內餘額不夠，他在不知情的情況下上國道導致欠費40元，結果上周二傍晚竟在1小時內連接6則催繳簡訊，到隔天清晨6時再傳3則，最誇張是，其中1則簡訊竟是凌晨3時傳的。但遠通電收表示，經查只傳1則催繳簡訊給客戶，未重複發送。
