演員「黑支」毆醫案　檢起訴求重刑

本名陳清達的鄉土劇演員「黑支」涉嫌在今年5月6日，酒後陪母親就醫時情緒失控咆哮、毆打醫護人員案件；彰化地檢署檢方在今（4）日偵結，依傷害、公然侮辱、恐嚇等罪嫌，提起公訴。

彰化地檢署檢方偵結後認定，「黑支」不僅前科累累，而且犯後還不斷利用自己的影響力企圖顛倒是非黑白，以「天公伯～跪求你救救我媽媽吧！」為標題在臉書上張貼案發影片，並自行配音、增加音效；更影射急救醫師是畜牲，因而引發醫界不滿反彈。

全案經偵結後，在今天依傷害、公然侮辱、恐嚇等罪嫌，提起公訴；並以「黑支」犯後態度惡劣，請求法院從重量刑。
