酒客買全場帶出場　下藥酒女硬上得逞

一名在理容KTV店上班的小姐，日前被一名酒客買「全場」，被帶出場後疑似遭對方下藥迷昏，酒客將她帶去汽車旅館發生性關係。女子不甘受辱報警提告，法官認為酒客趁機下藥待對方意識不清時發生關係，已觸犯趁機性交，判他3年6個月徒刑。

該名家住在台中市的林姓男子，他前往一間理容KTV，點了一名小姐「小莉」(化名)買全場，並且還帶她出場。林男帶小莉出場後，疑似趁機在酒裡下藥，小莉喝下後昏迷過去，林男不想白花錢卻啥都沒得到，將小莉帶到汽車旅館性侵得逞。

事後小莉發現自己全身多處挫傷、懷疑自己遭到林男性侵得逞，憤而報警提告。根據《中國時報》報導，林男到案後否認性侵，他辯稱對方當時意識清楚，性交過程中小莉還叫得很大聲；但事後又改口說2人在剛開始要做時，小莉突然尖叫，他「只有進去一點點」。

台中地院審理後，根據小莉提出的驗傷單研判，認為她遭性侵的可能性極高，並且根據監視器畫面和計程車司機作證，證實小莉當時是在意識不清的狀態下，因此法官依趁機性交罪判處林男3年6個月徒刑。
