忽略追蹤男童遭虐死 新北家防中心主任遭彈劾

去年新北市一名5歲彭姓男童遭樊姓養母凌虐致死，養母一審遭法院判刑12年。新北市「家庭暴力暨性侵害防治中心」主任吳淑芳則因沒有依法追蹤個案，今天遭監察院通過彈劾。

監察委員黃武次、沈美真調查發現，新北市家庭暴力暨性侵害防治中心主任吳淑芳，明知「彭姓男童被虐案」是提起獨立告訴的重大案件，卻沒有依法監督落實追蹤，導致男童在養母的變本加厲凌虐下，從3歲被虐待到5歲，最後被毆致死，吳淑芬對此難辭其咎，監察院以11票對3票，通過彈劾吳如芳，並且移送公務員懲戒委員會議處。

監委並指出，新北市家防中心有多項疏失，不但重覆通報沒有依法定程序訪視，許多案件紀錄也付之闕如。希望藉由彈劾案，督促各地家防中心落實保護兒童及青少年，避免遺憾再次發生。
