以電影《一首搖滾上月球》主題曲〈I Love You〉獲得今年金馬獎最佳電影原創歌曲獎的「睏熊霸」樂團，由6名罕見疾病病童的父親組成，其中貝斯手鄭春昇還是新北市消防局的義消，他說，完全沒預料會得獎，他已將這個好消息告知兩個已辭世的兒子。

鄭春昇說，當金馬獎頒獎人宣布得獎的是〈I Love You〉，他彷彿被雷打到，直接從座位上跳起來，心裡還懷疑到底是不是真的。他說，畢竟競爭對手都是有知名度、音樂素養深厚的前輩，能得獎簡直像在作夢。

鄭春昇說，紀錄片導演黃家俊和詞曲創作人陳如山幾乎訪遍每名罕見疾病病童的家庭，才創作出這首歌，等於是為了他們量身打造，所以對他們而言，每一句都代表著他們的親身經歷，儘管樂團才成軍1年多，卻能恰適的詮釋歌曲。

鄭春昇的兩個兒子均罹患腎上腺腦白質失養症，且已相繼過世。10年前，鄭春昇的大兒子確認罹病，當時他終日以淚洗面，後來轉念用正向的態度看待人生，加入新北市消防局的鳳凰志工，奉獻力量去幫助他人。
