西法院向江澤民發逮捕令　中共不滿抗議

【大陸中心／綜合報導】西班牙國家法院向中國前國家主席江澤民、前總理李鵬等5人發出「拘捕令」，指控他們涉嫌對西藏進行種族滅絕罪行，應接受訊問。中國外交部發言人洪磊作出回應，稱中國在西藏問題立場明確，獲得西方社會了解，強烈要求西班牙針對相關報導做出澄清。
 
據香港商業電台報導，洪磊稱海外藏獨勢力攻擊中國政府、造謠抹黑，這種卑劣行為註定失敗。他也批評西班牙出爾反爾，一再操弄西藏問題，要求西班牙做出澄清，不要破壞兩國關係。
