金管會主委曾銘宗今(20)日赴立法院財委會報告「食品摻偽對股市衝擊」表示，富味香、福懋油、味全3家上市櫃公司涉及食安問題，且衍生疑似內線交易，金管會已調查完成，移送檢調，要由檢調進一步追查資金流向。

金管會在提交給財委會的報告中指出，近期部分上市上櫃公司例如富味鄉、福懋油脂及味全等涉及食安問題，並在事發之前一段期間，有股價下跌或融券暴增情事，金管會、證交所及櫃買中心業依現行機制積極查核是否有涉及內線交易，並配合檢調單位偵辦。

曾銘宗進一步指出，金管會清查相關交易人資料後，證交所確實有查出個案股票交易量及融券量有異常情況，並已移送檢調做進一步釐清。

但是移送哪一家資料？是否涉及內部人內線交易？曾銘宗則表示，不便透露，他僅說，部分行政無法查的部分，也移請檢調調查。
