標題[問題] 請問關於被警察臨檢 沒驗車被扣行照...

因為驗車時間過期了 所以就沒再回去驗車 結果剛好開車在路上被警察攔檢 結果被扣行照裡面還包括保險卡 今天收到罰單 罰單上面是寫說汽車未定期檢驗 我有爬過文 應該會附一張驗車單給我吧 結果只有罰單...= = 請問接下來該怎麼辦 是拿罰單去監理處嗎 然後再叫我先去監理處的地方驗車 驗完還要再重瓣一張新的行照跟保險卡嗎? 還是他們會用原來的行照 因為辦新的行照那就還要另外準備很多文件 而且如果是監理處驗車 可能也不太好驗得過吧? 真是的 被警察扣型照真的很麻煩... 不曉得該接下來該怎麼做..? 地點是在台北市~ 請問各位 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.2.239
