未完成回收計畫　衛生局再罰大統300萬

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化縣衛生局原定今天要前往稽查大統長基公司回收計畫，但大統一直未做好分區、分類等回收計畫內容，衛生局不僅暫停查廠，衛生局局長葉彥伯表示，大統拖延完成回收計畫，今天再依食品衛生管理法處罰300萬元罰鍰。

葉彥伯指出，大統回收油品不僅未做好分區，連回收來源、種類、品項等書面資料都相當混亂，原本預計本月11日查廠，已經延至今天，要求改善其回收計畫，大統卻一直沒有善意回應，衛生局只好再開罰。

大統本月初因未誠實說出將問題油品賣給福懋、頂新等公司，已被衛生局依食管法罰300萬元，如今又規避改正回收計畫，再罰300萬元罰緩。
