北捷手扶梯　尖峰時段固定「罷工」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】捷運台北車站每天有10萬旅客從淡水線轉乘板南線，但上下班尖峰時刻，轉乘手扶梯固定「罷工」，引發抱怨。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，有民眾表示，捷運台北車站早上8點到9點及傍晚6點到7點，往板南線往下方向的手扶梯固定停駛，只能走下手扶梯或走樓梯下月台。北捷表示，此做法已有數年，主要是考量尖峰時刻板南線月台人多，若手扶梯正常運轉，會運載較多乘客，造成月台上已在等待的乘客不舒服。
