三中全會倡官邸制　中國學者存疑

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】為針對官員反腐問題，中共十八屆三中全會提出官員實行官邸制，引起各方關注。

中國官員違規建房、「以權謀房」成為腐敗新形式。媒體更接連揭發「房叔」、「房姐」，其中原鐵道部長劉志軍貪腐案中，涉及的房產就有374間。

中國行政體制改革研究會副會長汪玉凱，主持研究中共官員實施「官邸制」的議題，汪玉凱建議領導高層表示，實行「官邸制」是遏制領導幹部「以權謀房」的根本途徑。

不過有中國學者提出質疑，指官員財產不公開，所謂「官邸制」根本沒有意義。
