沙巴刑案頻傳 外交部提升旅遊警示

馬來西亞觀光勝地沙巴洲東海岸島嶼發生國人遭殺害、綁架劫持的案件，外交部宣布，將當地旅遊警示燈號提升為「橙色」。呼籲國人如果非必要，應該避免前往相關地區旅行。

外交部表示，有鑒於馬來西亞東部海岸和島嶼地區時常有菲律賓武裝分子綁架威脅傳出，如今又發生國人遭到綁架殺害事件，因此從即日起，將馬來西亞沙巴州東海岸地區，包括(拿篤)、(仙本那)、(古納)、(斗湖)和鄰近島嶼，提升警示燈號為「橙色」，提醒國人高度小心，非必要儘量不要前往。

外交部表示，國人在馬來西亞境內如果遇到急難需要協助，可以連絡我駐馬來西亞代表處，或「外交部緊急聯絡中心」聯繫。
