投縣即起受理大統團體訴訟登記

【高堂堯／南投報導】南投縣議會今天召開定期會縣政總質詢，議員們普遍關心食安問題；縣府消保官許麗貞表示，即日起開始受理「大統油品」消費者的損害賠償訴訟，呼籲曾購買過大統違法油品的民眾，可攜帶身分證正反面影本、發票正本或油瓶，至縣府大廳填寫申請相關資料，未來將由台灣消費者保護協會代為進行後續的團體訴訟作業，受理登記至11月30日止。
 
也有議員關心稽查人力不足問題，代理縣長陳志清回應，全縣13鄉鎮市平時都有食品稽查員執行食品抽驗，抽驗樣品送到中央的合格實驗室檢驗，結果出爐後通知各縣市政府、全國同步執行下架和後續的行政程序，不合格的商品，縣府都會要求業者即時下架回收。
