劉政池涉占國有地 三百萬交保

苗栗縣長劉政鴻的弟弟劉政池被控涉嫌竊占國有地，士林地檢昨天指揮市調處前往別墅搜索，挖出由貨櫃組成的大密室，約談劉政池後於今天凌晨向法院聲請羈押。士林地院審理後，認為沒有羈押必要，裁定讓劉政池以新台幣三百萬元交保，但必須限制住居、限制出境出海。 （潘千詩報導） 劉政池被控在民國八十年間，買下陽明山泉源路上的工業用地，申請興建溫泉別墅「七七行館」，卻涉嫌將一千多坪的國有地闢為觀景草皮，私設噴水孔，甚至疑有地道密室，被控涉嫌竊占國有地。

檢調接獲檢舉後，士林地檢署十四號動員上百人前往別墅搜索，挖出地下貨櫃密室，再約談劉政池等人到案說明，檢方訊後以犯罪嫌疑重大、有勾串共犯證人、逃亡之虞等理由聲押劉政池。

法院十五號召開羈押庭，士林地院行政庭長李育仁說，合議庭裁定被告劉政池以新台幣三百萬元交保，並限制住居、限制出境、出海。

至於劉政池的兩名女兒，十四號晚間已經分別被檢方諭知以新台幣一百萬跟兩百萬元交保。
