沙巴搶案　旅行社：水岸度假村進出幾無管制

【李姿慧／台北報導】邦邦島(Pom Pom Island)是馬來西亞著名的潛水區，不少背包客會自行透過網路預訂或潛水單位規劃到當地旅遊，不具名的旅行社表示，他們有帶團前往沙巴，但團客比較不去邦邦島，大多會去敦沙卡蘭海洋公園、看長鼻猴或玩水上設施等，當地治安還不差，搶劫案也不算常聽聞，今聽聞發生恐怖攻擊槍擊案很詫異，但該旅行社也坦言，當地多數飯店因採取開放式居多，特別是水岸度假村等非頂級或五星飯店，保安人力有限，飯店管理也較鬆散，幾乎沒有管制。

旅行社表示，近期出團將不受影響，且一樣都會提醒旅客注意安全，也有導遊會留意旅客安危。

馬來西亞沙巴州有不少著名的潛水島嶼，2000年4月，菲律賓恐怖組織阿布沙耶夫則在沙巴的西巴丹島綁架了21人，包括10個遊客及11個渡假村員工，人質被帶到棉蘭老島要求贖金，之後全部獲釋。
