【林世雄／台中報導】國民黨十日召開全代會，908台灣國運動總部執行長周崇德在場放沖天砲射中詹姓憲兵女士官，清水分局今天上午傳訊周崇德到案說明，周在近百名支持者及律師陪同下到案，他說：「鞭炮向天放，到底傷到誰？鞭炮是合法買來的，現在要以有一名女憲兵受傷傳喚我，根本就是在羅織罪名，這是國民黨一貫伎倆，我非常憤怒！」台灣國台中分部執行張志梅也表示，當天的活動是集體行為，他們主動要來向警方投案。

律師柯劭臻說，周崇德完全沒有針對特定公務員的行為，她要了解警方到底要用什麼罪來移送，如果警方有濫權、濫訴，一定會追到底。

清水分局副分局長蕭國政表示，警方是依蒐證影帶傳訊周到案，並將依妨害公務罪移送。
