請弱勢小朋友「看見台灣」　影城迫買配餐

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市議員林智堅日前向威秀影城包場，提供新竹縣市弱勢小朋友觀看真的可以認識台灣的電影「看見台灣」。不過林智堅事後卻發現，影城提供的訂購確認單卻是除了團體票費220元外，還要另外加購80元的爆米花、飲料，等於一票300元，比平常一票290元還貴，事前沒告知完全其他沒有選擇的餘地，新竹市議員林智堅痛批業者是「強迫買賣」，根本沒有給消費者選擇。

新竹市消保官劉興振說，經他向業者查詢，業者雖表示可採團體票方式訂購，不需搭配餐點，但他認為業者並未告知消費者，已涉違反消保法，將要求業者改善。
