劉政池遭聲押禁見 士院開庭

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北15日電）檢調偵辦苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池涉竊占國土案，今天將劉政池聲押禁見，士林地方法院上午10時開庭，庭後將裁定是否羈押。

劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅七七行館，涉占用1800坪國有地做觀景草皮，並砍樹、挖地道，私設噴水孔等設施。士林地方法院檢察署14日指揮法務部調查局台北市調查處等單位，兵分11路搜索，並約談劉政池等10多人說明。

士林地檢署檢察官14日傍晚已將劉政池女兒劉冠廷、劉冠余分別諭令新台幣100萬元、200萬元交保。檢察官認為劉政池涉犯詐欺、山坡地保育利用條例、竊占，犯罪嫌疑重大，且有逃亡、勾串之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見。1021115
