獨派團體到台中 清水分局前抗議

11月10日在台中市梧棲區舉行的國民黨十九全會，部分獨派團體在會場對面施放沖天炮，被警方認定妨害公務，傳喚獨派人士周崇德到清水分局說明，近百名獨派團體成員也到場聲援，警方派出警力維護現場秩序。

警方說，根據錄影帶顯示，周嫌有妨害公務之嫌，請他到案說明，依蒐證畫面來辦案，至於今早陪同周嫌一起來的友人，當天並沒有違法行為。
