蔣友青23歲未入伍　疑砸千萬閃兵役

【胡治言／綜合報導】蔣家第四代蔣友青涉嫌恐嚇台北美國學校被逮，最後雖然以8萬元交保，但檢方卻發現今年已23歲的他，高中畢業後未繼續就學至今仍未當兵。

今日出版的《時報周刊》報導，今年23歲的蔣友青擁有加拿大及中華民國雙重國籍，日前因涉嫌恐嚇美國學校被逮，檢方發現他高中畢業後到現在都還沒當兵，追查之後研判，蔣友青可能是運用「獎勵僑民投資條例」中的規定，只要個人名義向經濟部商業司登記，在台投資千萬，取得證明後就可前往兵役單位辦理緩徵，而他只要每年申請緩徵持續到36歲以後，就可以除役，也不會有逃避兵役的法律問題。對於蔣友青是掛名或是投資哪家公司，金額多少，檢方則表示：「還必須要追查下去。」
