高育仁：不了解國會 就無法領導國會

九月政爭引發國民黨內的震盪，迄今未平。新北市長朱立倫岳父，前台灣省議會議長高育仁上午表示，馬英九總統不了解國會，不了解就沒辦法領導；對於國民黨十九全日前通過總統是當然黨主席提案，高育仁意有所指地說，領導是累積的，方向正確外，還有方法及策略，而且不是法定職權就是職權，馬需要的是積極領導、全面領導。

高育仁上午接受媒體專訪時，做上述表示。
