咳血年減35公斤　農夫肺部長黴菌

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】美國生活科學（LiveScience）網站日前報導，義大利一名42歲男子，一年來咳嗽咳到吐血，體重也減少35公斤，去醫院檢查才赫然發現，肺部長了一大坨黴菌。

醫生表示，這名務農的病患很可能是在田裡工作時，經呼吸道感染到黴菌。過去一年，他不但咳血、發燒，體重也減輕。服用抗生素好幾個月後，狀況仍未改善。經電腦斷層掃描，發現是罕見的麴菌瘤（aspergilloma），大小為7公分x6.5公分。主治醫師米格洛說：「這是我見過最大的一個麴菌瘤。」醫師為他動手術切除麴菌瘤，觀察16個月後，發現他健康大幅改善，先前惱人的症狀也不再出現。
