標題[問題] 台哥大內勤人員派遣轉正的機會?

台哥大最近成立台灣大數位 似乎開了不少職缺在徵人 但新人一律都是先用派遣之後再試表現轉正 面試時詢問了轉正的標準跟比例 回答是只要表現不錯沒有什麼大錯 且工作態度積極認真測驗也都有通過的話 半年內轉正不是問題 他還說有新人6月進目前已轉正 因為是大公司我還滿想進的 而且跟主管談完覺得可以在裡面學到很多東西 但又怕是萬年派遣或是免洗人員而已QQ 所以想請問大家台哥大內部派遣轉正的情形~感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.16.141
