哈林請辭中視《超級歌喉讚》，由康康、黃嘉千正式接下主持棒，康康認為節目樂隊強，希望能把節目做久，邀請朋友和實力派唱將擔任關主。黃嘉千稱「前人種樹後人乘涼」，強調哈林已奠下良好基礎，她主持起來沒有壓力。

昨（31）日萬聖節，DJ汪佩蓉一身小惡魔裝扮到現場搗蛋，到處發送糖果，帶給大夥一片歡樂，20位DJ錄影也像是同歡會。康康指出不少觀眾反應，許多挑戰者歌聲極具實力，無奈遇上強勁對手挑戰失敗，故節目將改變規則，當集最高分挑戰者，能獲得再次闖關機會。

節目中吳亦偉挑戰欣韻二重唱成功，他爸爸是北原山貓的吳廷宏，姊姊是唱將吳亦帆，可他從小被家人嘲笑五音不全，老爸曾嘆：「我怎麼會生出不會唱歌的小孩！」不氣餒學鼓學音樂，他大學組樂團到處報名比賽，曾獲金門熱門音樂冠軍，今繼續挑戰闖關期盼贏得獎金，讓苗栗泰安鄉部落小孩，有更多學習音樂機會。
