標題[討論] 女生走科技公平性??

最近開始跑南科有發現到一個現象就是... 在台積裡面女生長都不差耶...雖然無法確定他的職位 但基本上看到得女生都不會太糟糕... 不止台積 其他廠商也都有漂亮員工 公安也都有可愛的... 我問我同事他就說 一樣都是進來公司教就會的東西,當然要挑順眼一點的... 除非今天他有非常強的專業能力...不然長相一定要順眼... 所以想問一下大家是否也這樣覺得 女生走科技是否也要有點外表??? 因為家裡有親戚的小孩是女的 理工科系剛畢業準備找工作 我有點擔心她...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.231.99
