標題[問題] 疑似虐待小動物

想請問一下 台南有比較專業的人士可以推薦 或是給我連絡方式 如何處理 疑似 虐待小動物 的事件嗎? 想救小動物 但警察 可能會因 相關影片檔案沒有明顯拍到當事者 又 還不確定 住戶是某兩間的哪一間 但是每天聽到慘叫聲 只能替小動物祈禱外 不知道有沒有什麼 方法 可以提供協助 只大約知道 是一群大學生租屋 在同一棟 有想過 稍晚打電話去給房東詢問 (因為現在可能還太早) 但萬一 房東 不理會的話 我除了 這個可以做 還有什麼事情是可以做 可以救到小動物的 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.4.185 ※ 編輯: BLUEJOANNE 來自: 218.164.4.185 (10/30 08:40)
