餐廳名稱：無店名 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：嘉義縣鹿草鄉後堀山仔腳4-2號旁（163縣道近南85鄉道處） 營業時間：早上～？ 圖文版：http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/71088491 最初是打算探訪同事提及在水上163縣道上，據說當歸湯很美味的早 餐店，可惜遍尋不著招牌，最後滑著滑著，便來到了鹿草鄉。在途經後 堀村時，偶見有家鐵皮屋早餐店人潮鼎盛，索性入內一探。 　　這裡主賣簡單的飯麵類及湯品，因隨性而至，不知為何強項，決定 飯、菜、湯各一。 魯肉飯　20元　骨仔肉　20元　苦瓜丸湯　20元 　　滷肉飯的外貌讓人開心，感覺有機會符合喜好。肥肉滷得化口，瘦 肉則保留了嚼感，瘦肉硬度倒可再減些。滷汁鹹甘適中，可惜淋多了， 導致整碗飯略顯湯水。米飯原就偏軟，加上滷汁浸泡就便更覺溼軟。飯 上還附了塊三角油豆腐，無過硬外皮，但也沒滷得入味。 　　骨仔肉份量十足，口感以紮實瘦肉為主，和以前吃到的骨仔肉略有 差異。油膏偏甜，自己相對不慣。 　　苦瓜丸與自己想像中的肉餡不同，反倒是由魚漿和紅蘿蔔絲等所組 成。內餡滋味不豐，外層苦瓜稍硬苦。湯頭偏清淡，僅些許大骨滋味。 　　整體來說，這裡的滷肉飯較近自己喜好，價格則十分平實。至於水 上那家早餐店究竟何在呢？找機會再來地毯式搜索好了。 延伸閱讀： 嘉義鹿草．超人氣鹹酥雞 http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/70431606 嘉義鹿草．迷鹿 http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/57426550 -- 上弦月天邊眺望 黃嘴角鴞林間低唱 嫣紅野櫻沿路綻放 潺潺流水山谷空響 怡然桶後林道旁 沈醉其芳 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.226.200
