黑心商遭查扣資產 江揆:回歸受害消費者與通路商

王品集團「原燒」被驗出使用含有「齊帕特羅」瘦肉精的肉品。行政院長江宜樺今天在立院答覆立委質詢時表示，齊帕特羅瘦肉精本來就是政府完全禁止使用的瘦肉精，這個立場不會改變。另一方面，針對富味鄉及大統遭查扣得資產，江揆表示，基本上會將這些錢要回歸受害消費者與無辜通路商，行政院不會從「增加國庫收入」的角度來思考這件事。(程平報導)

江揆強調，這次被驗出的齊帕特羅瘦肉精本，原本就100%禁止，容許直視0。

既然容許值是0，國民黨立委江啟臣就質疑，難道是邊境查驗出問題?將揆則表示，邊境把關是採抽驗方式，如果廠商過去記錄良好，抽驗比例就維持在5%到10%，但只要有不法記錄，抽驗比例就會升高。江揆並強調，這次在爆發這起案例後，衛生單位已經將該廠商的抽驗比例提高為100%。

江揆並說，包含富味鄉、大統被查扣的財產、罰金，行政院不會從「增加國庫收入」、「把查扣金額拿去做其他事情」的角度來思考這件事，基本上會將這些錢要回歸受害消費者與無辜通路商。衛福部長邱文達則表示，目前正在修正食安法加重刑法責任，同時也會提出食安基金的修法條文。
